Message: The best defense could be using Starr's own grand juries against him. Grand juries are part of the BILL OF RIGHTS, originally ment to protect the accused from prosecutors like Mr. Starr. By informing the public and the Grand Jury members of the full powers and duties of the grand jury, they would know they have the right to conduct their own investigations. This could include Mr. Starr and his crew for their tatics used during this investigation. I believe the fifth amendment was designed by our founding fathers to protect people from excessive government persecutions. Grand juries should be guarding the Constitution.

2. END HOMELESSNESS: : Nobody in America sleeps in the street,

3. END THE DRUG PROBLEM: : If you think drugs should be distributed by criminals, vote for somebody else, not me. I believe that we should begin to end the illegal drug problem with the premise that all drugs, including those presently declared "illegal" should be distributed through legal channels. I do not endorse the distribution of drugs by criminals and nor should any intelligent, thinking person, unless they have a hidden agenda detrimental to our well being.
4. EDUCATION: : Education should be competitive. Throw the bums out if they can’t teach our children!
Education should compete in the same entrepreneurial arena as business. The best will survive

Group wants woman in White House in 10 years

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The organization that created "Take Our Daughters to Work Day" Thursday launched a campaign to put a woman in the White House by 2008.
The Ms. Foundation for Women inaugurated its White House Project at a news conference in Washington, saying it was high time women were represented in the pool of candidates seeking the presidency.
"Nearly 40 years ago, the call went out to put a man on the moon and today we are issuing a call to put a woman in the White House as a 10-year initiative," said Barbara Less, chair of the project.
"We want to have women run in every presidential cycle and for it to become a normal event," she said. Saying they had polling information indicating that 75 percent of American voters were ready to elect a qualified woman as president, organizers laid out a program intended to maximize the chances of that happening.
It said it had selected a board of prominent scholars, business people, politicians and distinguished women to put together a list of 20 possible candidates.
Voters in 12 key states would be invited to narrow that list down to five women whom they would like to see run for president, as they leave polling stations on Nov. 3, when the nation stages mid-term state and congressional elections. The group would then put these five forward for consideration for leadership positions during the 2000 presidential campaign. Lee said the group had already raised $2 million to finance its campaign and would open low-cost membership to citizens nationwide to boost its resources. Children and students would also be invited to join for nominal fees.
"The White House Project aims to fulfill the true promise of American democracy -- to make ours a government of all the people, women as well as men," said Marie Wilson, president of the Ms. Foundation.
Currently, nine of the 100 U.S. Senators are women as well as 53 of the 435 members of the House of Representatives. Three of the 50 states are run by women governors.
The United States has trailed many European nations in achieving a more equal division of political representation, even though women have become crucial in political campaigns. In the 1996 presidential election, women ensured President Clinton's victory, giving him a 17-percentage point advantage over Republican Bob Dole, while the male vote split evenly.
There is evidence that more women than men vote and women account for up to 53 percent of the voting register in some states due to longer life expectancy. Only one woman has ever been included on a major-party presidential ticket -- Geraldine Ferraro who was unsuccessful Democratic vice presidential candidate in 1988.
A recent poll showed that Elizabeth Dole, a former Cabinet secretary who is president of the American Red Cross as well as Bob Dole's wife, could beat Vice President Al Gore if she were the Republican nominee in 2000.
But Dole said this week she did not plan to run. She remains a possible vice presidential candidate. On the Democrat side, many have suggested that California Sen. Dianne Feinstein might be an attractive vice presidential choice in 2000.
The "Take Our Daughters to Work Day" has become a huge annual event in the six years of its existence, with thousands of corporations and public and private institutions putting on programs designed to encourage girls to expand their horizons and their professional aspirations.

Remember, as long as the grand jury feels the prosecutor is on the right track, and convinced that a crime may have been committed, it will continue to ask for more fuel. The media and others that cast judgement on the president and Mr. Starr are nothing short of prejudiced bigots. What we will ultimately discover, is that we have found the enemy, and he is us.

The cure under discussion requires Hillary to again step forward to explain, even excuse Bill. The story line goes something like this. A day or two before the Grand Jury appearance, Hillary would book time on a friendly television program. The Today Show , GMA and Oprah are all reportedly under discussion. The idea is simple; the storyline script a tearjerker. Hillary would go on camera, and in a tear filled confession, would tell the host that ever since Chelsea was born, she just hasn't had any interest in sex. She consulted her doctor and he told her this was all too common especially with totally committed business (political) women (see, we care so very much.) Since her husband is such a virile man, and since he has such an important job to do for all us, she doesn't object if he gets some on the side. If she never hears about it, it didn't bother her, and Bill was very careful to ensure she never heard details of his escapades. She loves Bill and he does such important work for the people, especially the children of the world, they have a very loving but asexual marriage…... Throw in a dash of "My prior statements were made to protect Chelsea" and they just might have the recipe for another "hacksaw-in-the-cake" escape plan. Message: People, the Federal grande jury has not cleared anyone. the truth of the matter is that Starr has yet to formally ask for an indictment Hillary. This is probably because Starr (1) Does not have enough to convict, or (2) he may or may not have enough to convict, but desires to build a better case by gathering more evidence. Indicting a person is very easy, but fool-hardy if the prosecutor is unlikely to convict. As to the cost, easily 1/2 of this is due to the stonewalling and silly priviledge claims (Starr 12, Clinton 0, Vince Foster 1). P.S., unlike Iran-Contra, which spent more than Starr, Starr has convicted a large number of Clinton cronies and has amassed a fair stack of evidence, more probabative than prejuducial, against the Clintons. On April 11th, the Clinton Administration's Justice Department filed criminal
charges against former VA doctor Barbara A. Battalino for lying under oath
about an affair with a former patient and obstructing justice (a violation of
18 US 1503, United States Code.
There is a long established
law against
a physician having an affair with a patient. I am not a lawyer so I don't know if
there is a law against a President having an affair with an Intern. I think it was
extremely poor judgment on the part of the President, which leads me to believe,
based on his past pattern of similar behavior, that he is either a sex-addict and can't help
himself, or he is unable to get his rocks off unless there is **risk** involved. Who, in
their right mind, would risk having an affair in the White House when they know that

The Justice Department has also indicted former Cabinet Secretary Henry Cisneros
on the grounds that he paid a former mistress to lie on an FBI background check

One of the criteria a jjustice would consider in granting a stay is the likelihood that the S.Ct. would grant cert. -- very unlikely

Yo, Editor, I'm 38, a computer programmer and have an IQ somewhere above
130 (considerably above in my later tests) This does not make me better,
righter or even smarter than anyone else. My strong points were in 3D reasoning
and logic (I have a crappy memory and I can't spell worth beans). I am not
some "Christian Fanatic". I am, in fact, Buddhist (not a very good one, mind you
but I'm trying). I was a Flaming Liberal in my twenties.
But then something odd happened, I started making some real money, and then I
realized how much was being stolen (read taxed) from me. Then I got interested
is just what they were doing with all that money. I was, to say the least,
appalled. Many good, honest, well-meaning men had thrown Billions of (our) dollars at
rather simple problems, with little or no results, and then, in the face of
defeat, refused to acknowledge it wasn't working! Rather than admit that
"giving a man a fish" was a technique doomed to failure because it never took
into account the basic nature of man, they elected to give him MORE
fish! It was forced charity. It punished the successful. It demeaned the less
successful. It encouraged mediocrity! People must be allowed to fail. The slower
Gazelle have always been the Lion's food. It is nature. It is, indeed, the way the

Message: Because of Bill Clinton's attitude, I usually don't respond to his contrivances, but this time I'll make an exception. Let's start with my claim that Clinton has lost sight of the lessons of history. Moreover, his vassals always detect profound wisdom in what is most incomprehensible to them personally. Particularly telling is the way that I know some misguided superstitious-types who think they once overheard him say, "I want to eavesdrop on all sorts of private conversations before the year is over". To the extent that my own age and health will permit, I will invigorate the effort to reach solutions by increasing the scope of the inquiry, rather than by narrowing or abandoning it. Strange, isn't it, how jealous anarchists are always the first to let down ladders which the contemptible, sappy, and vengeful scramble to climb? Is there, or is there not, a saturnine plot to slander those who are most systematically undervalued, underpaid, underemployed, underfinanced, underinsured, underrated, and otherwise underserved and undermined as undeserving and underclass, organized through the years by discourteous disk jockeys? The answer to this all-important question is that not only has the plot existed, but it is now on the verge of complete fulfilment. There are two kinds of people in this world: decent, honest folks like you and me and brown-nosing mendacious bimbos like Clinton. He will adopt or abandon any principle to obtain power. I find his failed attempts to glorify unstable crackpots mildly amusing. Although some horny miscreants concede that I regret not writing this letter sooner, they invariably deny that his ideals are a pitiful jumble of incoherent nonsense. Just because I understand Clinton's goals doesn't mean I agree with them. While some of Clinton's imprecations are very attractive on the surface and are undoubtedly entertaining, they ultimately serve to substitute rumor and gossip for bona fide evidence. Clinton can push me only so far and no farther. Although the moral absolutist position is well represented by social and political activists and sincerely influences legislators and policy makers, history teaches us that to ignore or dismiss people like Clinton as sleazy urban guerrillas can have devestating consequences. A more fundamental problem is that there will be invidious things said on both sides of this issue any day now. His recourse to racism as a tactical modality for waging low-intensity warfare has been successful. Curiously, his witticisms are a disruptive orgy of larrikinism. Just because diabolic alcoholism exists and has for a long time, there is no reason for us to accept it from Clinton. By this, I mean that I can't count the number of times I've wanted to lead deluded psychotic loons of various stripes out of a dream world back to hard reality. Here's an extraordinary paradox: All of the vitriolic pseudo-intellectuals who shouldn't be allowed to combine, in a rare mixture, bestial cruelty and an inconceivable gift for lying invariably want to. I'll let you in on a little secret: our real enemy is the irascible system that made him as ridiculous as he is. Behold what a nice, thick, fat lie it is when Clinton's lackeys deny ever having strived to mail ghastly obtrusive letters to everyone in town. And that's it. I am sure I shall regret even addressing this idiotic question but, what the heck, it might be fun. I shall assume that God, for whatever reason, decided to lay out my next prospective life for me in ever so gruesome detail. No matter how incredibly horrible or wonderful this life might be (and all lives are a mixture of both, making this discussion even more idiotic) I'd have two choices. For the sake of argument I will assume I would retain the information given me by the deity (since this was not stipulated I'll do so myself, see how silly this is getting!)
Let's examine both possibilities:
The Utterly Dismal Scenario:
I would be both poor and stupid (and a Democrat, no doubt, as I would want the welfare checks to keep rolling in). I would have a Dismal job, an equally awful excuse of a human being for a wife (whom I would hate), several children (the one's we didn't have aborted) all of whom would be calling for bail money at ant time now. Pretty dismal I must admit. But, I would also have the ability to end my life any time I wanted. By my own hand. Not a doctors. Or I could choose to better myself and my family (unless the Deity forbade it by removing Free Will). By my own hand. Not the Governments. I would have a choice. It would not have been made for me by my mother and an abortionist.The Wonderful Scenario
Well, aside from being bored by the guaranteed wonderfulness (which I would, no doubt, eventually tire of and rebel against) I can't see much problem here. Sure it would be less exciting than being challenged and unsure of the future all the time but I'm sure I could adjust. Or,... I could end up like the Menendes brothers (again, unless the Deity removed the Free Will option).So which would I choose if there was guaranteed Misery at the start of my life?
I'd choose life. Life is possibility. Life is uncertainty. Life is hope. Does my choice surprise you? It should. Liberals, like yourself, by and large, are people who need guarantees. They need assurances that someone will help them when they fail. They are weak. They wallow in self-pity and guilt. They want others to be as weak so that don't feel inferior. They can't stand for others to succeed unless that success is given them as well. They feel as if they have no control over their own lives. Listen well! NO ONE IS EVER IN CONTROL OF ANYTHING BUT HIS OWN ACTIONS! PERIOD! There are no guarantees. There are no insurance polices for the quality of life you have (But the Democrats try to fill that need in exchange for your vote!)
Life, ANY life, holds promise. It may be hard, it may be impossible but "You pays your money and you takes your chances". Life has always been a lottery and always will be. As I said before, God has designed a pretty cool place for us to be. We should thank him, daily, in what we do, how we treat others and mostly in how we try to better ourselves so we can be even better examples and even more helpful to the less fortunate. We should NOT spit in Gods face by carelessly destroying that most precious gift in the universe, Life.
